To streamline the content creation process, when you create a Mastery Profile, Module, Topic, Concept, or Activity, it will have an Active status by default. As part of this update, if there there is more than one language available, the Translate button will now be visible before you save.
Although your Activities will have an Active status by default, they will not be visible to learners until they are published.
For example, in the GIF above, you can see that the C-AL99 identifier was automatically generated when we created the Concept. The Concept level is indicated by the "C-" prefix.
We also removed the identifier Edit icon and added an Identifier field to each level to be more consistent with the rest of the system.
Answer Locking and Positioning
You can now change the positions of your answer options without enabling the lock icon. Locked answer options will always appear in the same position, while unlocked options will be automatically shuffled. This can be seen in the Activity preview panel.
We have also added a shuffle icon at the top of the Activity preview panel, to shuffle the order of unlocked answer options in the preview.
We have released the following updates to our admin app:
Improved the system's overall performance
Added the default language to the Name field title to make it clear what language you are working in. The default account language will appear in brackets at the Mastery Profile level, and the default Module language will appear in brackets at all other levels.
Streamlined the context panel navigation so that drilling in to an Activity will automatically take you to the Answers tab
Fixed a bug where the users view would sometimes throw errors that prevented it from loading
We have made the following updates to our learner app:
Improved the alignment of the Activity number and time, which became misaligned when choosing a larger or smaller font size in accessibility options
Fixed a bug that prevented saved users in an organization in the OttoLearn app from seeing the Feedback icon, until they logged out and then back in to the organization in the app

Improved the error message that appears when trying to set a Module's language to available when translations are missing
Improved the error message that appears when trying to publish a page with no updates
Updated the login/logout functionality to automatically refresh the metadata, so you can see updates without having to also refresh the browser page. For example, although most updates appear automatically, when updating the logo you will now see your changes after logging out and back in, without having to also refresh the page.
Added the word "level" before the numerical values in the Mastery Goal column in the grid view
Learners can now provide suggestions, ask questions, and report errors in the following locations:
Any drilled in page
Any Activity in a mastery moment
Post-Activity feedback page
Post-mastery moment page
Feedback will be emailed to specific contacts, depending on who you want to receive this information. This email will automatically include relevant browser details and information about where the feedback was submitted (ex: a specific Activity) to make the process as quick and easy as possible for learners.
